Just as those in Plato's Cave discovered a world beyond shadows, we at DeXe Protocol DAO want to pull DAOs into a brighter, balanced, and genuinely decentralized future. Transparency, Community, and Motivation — those are the pillars of DeXe Protocol DAO and of our approach to DAO building/governance:

**Transparency** is like the most flawless logic; it allows one to see the matter's essence and offers new perspectives.

**Community** is like a dialogue where every voice is important, and every opinion contributes valuable input.

**Motivation** comes from the recognition of the value contributed. Proper knowledge and expertise must be recognized and rewarded for a DAO to grow and succeed. Those who recognize such expertise must also be rewarded for doing so. Thus, everyone is motivated to actively and usefully contribute to the DAO.
